Another happy customer! This was a massive effort from the whole team to lay this 600sq.m. of turf in just one day!

We prepared the ground thoroughly; clearing debris, improving drainage, and grading the soil to ensure even water run-off.

Premium turf was laid with precision, staggered joints and tight seams for a uniform finish, then rolled and watered to encourage rapid root take-up.

We tailored soil preparation and turf selection to East Lothian’s coastal climate, choosing resilient varieties that tolerate salt breeze and seasonal wet.

We also offer aftercare guidance and optional maintenance packages which will keep your new lawn lush; ideal mowing, feeding and watering schedules, plus aeration and weed control when needed.

We built 13 sleeper beds to provide a durable, neat solution for vegetables, herbs and ornamentals. Made from short railway-style treated hardwood sleepers, they sit at ground level to improve soil, drainage and root warmth while easing back strain and defining borders. Built one course high, the corners are secured with structural screws. Lined with a breathable membrane with added free-draining subsoil, we completed the boxes with fertile topsoil and compost.

Low sleeper beds suit any garden size, aid crop rotation and season extension, are low-maintenance, and adapt easily for irrigation, netting hoops or cloches.

The result is a durable, picture‑perfect garden that complements the house’s character and enhances the outdoor living space.
