Porcelain Perfection: a Terrace with Class

We recently completed a comprehensive hardscaping project using Cava Quartz Lucio 900 x 600mm porcelain slabs to create a clean, contemporary terrace running the full length of the rear of the house.

The large-format porcelain provides a sleek, low-maintenance surface with consistent colouring and subtle veining, perfectly suited to modern and traditional properties alike.

The terrace incorporates two sets of steps for exiting the living area and kitchen, carefully cut and installed to match the slab pattern for a seamless transition. All joints were precisely aligned and filled with a suitable polymeric jointing compound to ensure durability and a neat finish.

Paths were laid along both sides of the house and a single-slab path leads directly to the front door, creating a consistent circulation route around the property.

The path to the front is the house is bordered with concrete edging to define the edges and secure the slab perimeter, while decorative tone-matching pebbles occupy the margins, offering a soft contrast in texture whilst improving drainage.

The result is a cohesive exterior scheme that balances practicality with visual appeal, hardwearing, easy to maintain and designed to complement the architecture of the home.

The first step to having your own house upgraded with a porcelain terrace or new path-work is to give Keeno a call on 07795 102273.
