Three in One; Driveway, Path and Patio!

We transformed a property in the Scottish Borders with a cohesive, low-maintenance exterior using durable “Lunar” block paving across a new driveway, side path and rear patio in a dark “Shadow” colour.

The selected monoblock provided a clean, contemporary surface that copes well with regional weather while offering excellent load-bearing performance for vehicles.

Careful sub-base preparation and precise laying ensured a level finish and reliable drainage, preventing ponding and ensuring long-term stability.

To unify the different areas and add visual definition, we edged each section with a lighter silver single-stone contrast edging in 100×100mm size. This crisp border ties the driveway, path and patio together aesthetically.

The result is a practical, elegant outdoor space that complements the property and requires minimal upkeep, delivering both immediate “kerb appeal” and lasting functionality.
