A Transformation that Balances Form and Function
Recently we completed a transformation that balances form and function: a bespoke decking area with a beautifully crafted pergola that immediately elevates the outdoor living space.
Beautiful Raised Decking
We recently completed a substantial raised decking platform for a client in the Scottish Borders, installed directly outside their back door to create a versatile outdoor living space. The deck spans a generous area, providing ample room for dining and seating, and sits around one metre above the garden floor to deliver both a commanding view of the grounds and a comfortable transition from indoor to outdoor living.
A New Six-Foor Timber Fence
We recently completed the installation of a new six-foot timber fence for a client in the Scottish Borders. The project combined a long continuous run of fencing with an integrated gate fitted with a Latimer-style latch, delivering a neat, secure boundary that complements the property and withstands local weather conditions.
Dunster Summer House
We recently completed a Dunster summer house for a client in the Scottish Borders — a striking blend of classic design and practical durability tailored for the region’s variable weather. Constructed from high-quality, pressure-treated timber with double-glazed windows and a felted roof, the finished building provides a cosy, bright space ideal for year-round use.
Replacement of a Large Decking Area
We recently completed the replacement of a large decking area in an Edinburgh back garden, installing light oak decking boards and new matching railings to refresh the space and improve longevity.
